摘　　要：信息进村入户工程聚焦黑龙江全省农村信息服务,以整合资源、共享信息、让信息服务通达农村和农民为目的。利用信息化网络、移动互联网和云计算、大数据等技术,建设综合服务平台,全面推广惠农助手手机应用。通过覆盖黑龙江省的益农信息社服务网络提供公益服务、便民服务、电商服务、培训体验服务“四类服务”,实现普通农户不出村、新型农业经营主体不出户就可享受便捷高效的信息服务,满足全省农民对生产、经营、生活等各类信息高速增长的需求,促进行业产销有效对接、农产品优质优价,助力农民持续增产增收。In order to fully implement the strategic plan of the central government on the construction of agricultural and rural informatization,Heilongjiang Province started to carry out the pilot work of information into villages and households project in 2014,and became one of the 10 demonstration provinces in 2017.Since 2018,in accordance with the overall idea of“doing a good job of typical demonstration and creating an innovative model”,our province has organically combined the work of information entering villages and households with the work of rural revitalization,poverty alleviation,beautiful villages and agricultural big data,coordinated the agricultural departments at all levels of the Province,city and county to jointly promote the construction of county and Township Central cooperatives and the operation of village level agricultural information cooperatives,and gradually formed a unique e-commerce operation center,rural information service center and rural information service center The farmer entrepreneurship center and information service center have conscientiously completed the construction and operation tasks and achieved phased results.Up to now,8857 agricultural information cooperatives have been built in the province,with the exception of 110 empty nest villages,to achieve the goal of full coverage of administrative villages in the province.
