摘　　要：高位嫁接技术是近年来苗木绿化行业应用较多的一种可提高树种观赏性和抗逆性的育苗新技术,该技术的应用极大满足了市场对高品质大苗的需求。本研究以市场需求量较大的彩叶树种金森女贞为研究对象,设置6 cm(L_(1))、9 cm(L_(2))、12 cm(L_(3))等3个不同长度接穗处理,以及150 cm(H_(1))、175 cm(H_(2))、200 cm(H_(3))等3个不同高度规格砧木处理,对不同嫁接处理下金森女贞的嫁接效果进行评价。结果表明,高位嫁接育苗技术极大提升了金森女贞的观赏性和市场效益,且随着砧木规格的提升,其综合评价指标也呈上升趋势。本研究以处理H_(3)L_(1)和H_(3)L_(3)的综合评价指标较高,说明高规格高位嫁接金森女贞幼苗具有较好的市场潜力和绿化效果。Top grafting technique is a new seedling technique widely used in seedling greening industry in recent years,which can improve the ornamental and stress resistance of tree species.Its application has greatly met the market demand for high-quality large seedlings.In this study,the color leaf tree Ligustrum japonicum′Howardii′with large market demand was taken as the research object.Three scion length treatments of 6 cm(L_(1)),9 cm(L_(2))and 12 cm(L_(3))and three rootstock height treat-ments of 150 cm(H_(1)),175 cm(H_(2))and 200 cm(H_(3))were set to evaluate the grafting effect of Ligustrum japonicum′Howardii′under different grafting treatments.The results showed that top grafting seedling technique greatly improved the ornamental and market benefit of Ligustrum japonicum′Howardii′,and its comprehensive evaluation index also showed an upward trend with the increase of rootstock height.In this study,comprehensive evaluation indexes of H_(3)L_(1)and H_(3)L_(3)were high,indicating that Ligustrum japoni-cum′Howardii′seedling used top grafting technique with high rootstock height had good market potential and greening effect.
