摘 要:针对热塑性聚烯烃(TPO)土工膜在复杂拉伸状态下力学特性,首先通过单轴拉伸试验对TPO土工膜在单轴拉伸下的力学性能、体积变化规律以及弹塑性特性进行了深入的研究,然后采用椭圆形夹具的非等轴拉伸试验方法研究了TPO土工膜的多轴拉伸力学性能,最后采用超弹体理论对其拉伸力学模型进行了分析与探讨.结果表明:单轴拉伸下TPO土工膜的应力随应变非线性变化,其极限应变为900%,横向和纵向极限名义应力分别为11.75 MPa和10.25 MPa,横向和纵向极限真实应力分别为139.7 MPa和121.86 MPa.在应变小于600%时该材料的体积变化率较小,基本可认为体积保持不变,且该材料没有明显的弹塑性分界点.在多轴拉伸下TPO土工膜在不同短长轴下的极限应力应变均不同.在0~200%应变范围内,可采用超弹体理论以及Ogden本构模型对TPO土工膜单轴拉伸下的应力应变曲线进行拟合得到多轴拉伸下的应力应变曲线.Aiming at the mechanical properties of thermoplastic polyolefin(TPO)geomembrane under complex tensile conditions.First the mechanical properties,volume variation and elastic-plastic properties of TPO geomembrane under uniaxial tensile were studied by uniaxial tensile test.Then the multiaxial tensile mechanical properties of TPO geomembrane were studied by non-equiaxial tensile test method of oval clamp.Finally,the hyperelastic theory was used to analyze and discuss its tensile mechanical model.The results show that the stress of TPO geomembrane varies with the strain nonlinearly under uniaxial tension,the ultimate strain is 900%,the nominal transverse and longitudinal ultimate stresses are 11.75 MPa and 10.25 MPa respectively,and the true transverse and longitudinal ultimate stresses are 139.7 MPa and 121.86 MPa respectively.When the strain is less than 600%,the volume change rate of the material is small,it can basically be considered that the volume remains unchanged,and the material has no obvious elastoplastic boundary point.The ultimate stress and strain of TPO geomembrane under different short and long axes are different under multiaxial tension.In the range of 0~200%strain,the hyperelastic theory and Ogden constitutive model can be used to fit the stress-strain curve of TPO geomembrane under uniaxial tension to obtain the stress-strain curve under multiaxial tension.
