摘  要:为研究不同大豆品种不同生育时期的根瘤菌差异,利用AFLP分子标记技术,对12份材料进行分析.结果表明:筛选出的引物组合扩增位点的平均多态性为68.86%.基于遗传相似系数,对12份材料的UPGMA聚类分析共划分为4大类,与大豆品种类型和生育期相关,第一类为黑河41苗期(V_(4))、绥农14苗期(V_(4))、黑河41盛花期(R_(2))、黑农40苗期(V_(4))、秣食豆苗期(V_(4))和秣食豆盛花期(R_(2));第二类为黑农40盛花期(R_(2))、黑河41鼓粒期(R_(6))、黑农40鼓粒期(R_(6))和秣食豆鼓粒期(R_(6));第三类为绥农14盛花期(R_(2));第四类为绥农14鼓粒期(R_(6)).为进一步开展大豆根瘤菌的研究提供参考.In order to study the differences of rhizobium in different growth stages of different soybean varieties,12 materials were analyzed by amplified fragment length polymorphism(AFLP).The results showed that the average polymorphism of the amplified sites of the primer combinations selected was 68.86%.Based on the genetic similarity coefficient UPGMA cluster analysis,12 materials was divided into 4 categories,which were related to soybean type and growth period.The first category were Heihe 41(V_(4)),Suinong 14(V_(4)),Heihe 41(R_(2)),Heinong 40(V_(4)),Moshidou(V_(4))and Moshidou(R_(2));the second category was Heinong 40(R_(2)),Heihe 41(R_(6)),Heinong 40(R_(6))and Moshidou(R_(6));the third category was Suinong 14(R_(2));the fourth category was Suinong 14(R_(6)).Provide reference for further research on soybean rhizobia.
