妈祖宫庙建筑特征及装饰元素解读——以湄洲妈祖祖庙为重点

摘　　要：从中国宫庙建筑特征出发,对妈祖宫庙的建筑特征进行分析,着重探析并解读妈祖宫庙尤其是湄洲妈祖祖庙的建筑装饰元素。认为湄洲妈祖祖庙是按照中国传统古建筑的营造法式建造,其建筑特色体现了福建地区的民俗、宗教与文化。Starting from the architectural features of Chinese temples,this article explores the decorative architectural elements of Mazu Temples with a focus on Meizhou Mazu Ancestral Temple.We find that Meizhou Mazu Ancestral Temple is built in accordance with the traditional style of ancient Chinese architecture,which reflects the folk customs,religion and culture of Fujian.
