“21世纪海上丝绸之路”沿线国家投资潜力分析——以福清投资的14国为例

摘　　要：基于对外投资理论,在对研究投资潜力的文献进行梳理的基础上,分别借鉴联合国贸易和发展会议的“业绩指数”模型和“潜力指数”模型,对福清投资14个“21世纪海上丝绸之路”沿线国家的投资业绩与潜力进行测算与评价,在组合分析的基础上,认为福清市应优先投资业绩高和潜力大的国家。需要从投资方向、投资类型和区位选择等方面优化福清对“21世纪海上丝绸之路”沿线国家的投资结构,并对确保投资效率等方面提出政策建议。Based on the foreign investment theory and the literature on investment potential,this paper makes an evaluation of the investment performance and potential of the 14 countries along the 21st century Maritime Silk Road invested by Fuqing by referring to the performance index model and potential index model of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development.On the basis of portfolio analysis,it suggests that Fuqing should give priority to countries with high performance and great potential.Furthermore,it is necessary to optimize Fuqing's investment structure in countries along the 21st century Maritime Silk Road in terms of investment orientation,investment types and location selection.Lastly,some suggestions are put forward on ensuring Fuqing's investment efficiency in those countries.
