摘　　要：简述闪光焊接原理,介绍钢轨焊接的常见质量问题,结合GAA100/580闪光焊机的控制及焊接重要过程量的监控曲线进行分析,对影响钢轨焊接质量的因素提出对策。The principle of flash welding and the common quality problems of rail welding are introduced.Based on the analysis of GAA100/580 flash welding machine control and monitoring curve of welding process,the countermeasures for the factors affecting the welding quality of rail are put forward.
