摘 要:传统的台区往往只存在低电压现象,但近年来呈现电压波动性较强的问题,不少台区电压还存在偏高现象。而中压母线的电压质量以固定的阈值进行调控,电压的中低压调控存在普遍的失配问题。为此提出一种考虑台区电压合格率函数的中压母线电压调控方法。首先建立台区的电压合格率函数模型,负荷率、抽头挡位等信息综合拟合,充分表征台区的电压质量特性;在此基础上,分别探讨和比较不考虑、考虑台区首端电压及考虑台区电压合格率函数的三种中压母线调控优化策略。最后通过算例进行验证,探讨在不增加设备的前提下,如何有效利用电网侧资源提高台区的电压质量水平。Traditional station area often only has low voltage phenomenon.However,in recent years,the voltage fluctuation is strong,and the voltage in many stations is still on the high side.the voltage quality of the medium-voltage bus is regulated by a fixed threshold,and there is a general mismatch problem in the regulation of the medium and low voltage of the voltage.In this paper,a voltage method of medium voltage bus considering the voltage qualification function of the station area is proposed.Firstly,the voltage qualification function model of the substation area is established,and the load rate,tap position and other information are fitted comprehensively to fully characterize the voltage quality characteristics of the substation area.On this basis,three kinds of medium voltage bus regulation and optimization strategies are discussed and compared,which do not consider,consider the voltage at the first end of the substation area,and consider the voltage qualification function of the substation area.Finally,an example is given to illustrate how to effectively use the grid side resources to improve the voltage quality level of the substation area without increasing equipment.
