摘　　要：断路器液压机构速度特性测试是高压开关运行状态评估的重要环节,其检测流程和分析方法的可靠程度直接决定了运行状态评估结果的参考价值。采用GKC437E型高压开关测试仪,以九盘变电站、人和变电站中两类高压断路器为测试目标,对其液压机构进行速度测试,并提出了开关特性聚类分析方法,以三相分段测试数据为数据源,完成运行特征的分析。结合聚类分析结果,对ELK-SP3型高压断路器进行了综合评估。The speed characteristic test of circuit breaker hydraulic mechanism is an important part of high voltage switch operation state evaluation.The reliability of its detection process and analysis method directly determines the reference value of operation state evaluation results.GKC437E high voltage switch tester is used to test the speed of hydraulic mechanism of two types of high voltage circuit breakers in Jiupan substation and Renhe substation.The clustering analysis method of switch characteristics is proposed.Taking the three-phase section test data as the data source,the analysis of operation characteristics is completed.Combined with the results of cluster analysis,the comprehensive evaluation of ELK-SP3 high voltage circuit breaker is carried out.
