摘  要:电池供电的产品需要考虑低功耗设计。低功耗产品的设计,除了在产品的初始设计阶段考虑低功耗器件的选型、电源的设计等,还需要在设计过程中,结合软件及硬件的共同作用,来满足产品设计需要的低功耗设计。因此,对MCU三种主频选择、AD采集对象的供电电源切换以及无线通信空中速率的提高对功率影响变化进行介绍。由试验数据得出,调整外部设备运行方式可以降低功耗,在外部设备运行方式确定后,最低功率由调整MCU主频引起的功率变化与外围设备功率消耗的平衡相交点得出。通过试验设计来达到最佳的功率控制,延长了电池使用寿命。The battery-powered products need to be designed with low power consumption.In the design of low-power products,in addition to the selection of low-power devices and power supply design in the initial design stage of the product,it is also necessary to meet the needs of low-power design in the design process,combined with the joint role of software and hardware.Therefore,the selection of three main frequencies of MCU,the switching of power supply of AD acquisition object and the improvement of wireless communication air rate introduced to the power changes.According to the experimental data,adjusting the operation mode of external equipment can reduce the power consumption.After the operation mode of peripheral equipment is determined,the minimum power is obtained by the intersection point of the power change caused by adjusting the main frequency of MCU and the power consumption of peripheral equipment.Through the experimental design,the best power control,prolong the service life of the battery are achieved.
