摘  要:封闭管道内部不可视物体运动状态自动检测的实现有重要运用价值。为此提出了一种管道内钢珠测量装置设计方案,该方案以测量要求为依据,采用STC12C5A60S2单片机为主控芯片,选用电感式接近开关作为检测小球运动状态的传感器,通过12864液晶屏显示测量结果。在理论计算的基础上,利用采点取样法得到补偿系数,提高运动角度测量精度。实践证明,测量系统实现了管道内小球数量、运动方向、倾斜角度、运动周期等数据的测量和显示,装置性能良好。The realization of automatic detection of invisible object motion state in closed pipes is of great practical value.A design scheme of measuring device for steel balls in pipelines is proposed based on measurement requirements,in which STC12C5A60S2 MCU is used as the main control chip,and inductor proximity switch is selected as the sensor to detect the motion of the ball,and the measurement results are displayed on 12864 LCD screen.On the basis of theoretical calculation,the compensation coefficient is obtained by sampling point method to improve the accuracy of motion angle measurement.The practice shows that the measurement system can measure and display the number of small balls,the direction of motion,the angle of inclination and the period of movement in the pipeline with good performance.
