摘　　要：数字经济的到来引发了社会新一轮就业结构的改变。数字经济发展对中国就业产生的影响取决于数字产业化带来的就业创造效应与产业数字化造成的就业破坏效应两者之间的力量对比。为实现数字经济时代下中国的“稳就业、保民生”目标,本文对数字经济时代中国的就业结构特征进行了梳理,围绕数字经济“四化”战略分析中国面临的就业挑战。在此基础上,本文提出以下政策建议:驱动数字产业升级,加速生态产业链形成;建立全民数字经济就业培训体系,推动数字领域人才后备力量储备;推进智慧城镇化建设,实现城乡就业机会均等化;加强数字经济行业准入监管,保障就业群体权益;充分发挥制度引领作用,激活数字经济创新创业动能;以数字化助力“双循环”,加快数字“一带一路”建设等,以期实现数字经济时代下的高质量就业和数字经济高质量发展。With the advent of digital economy era,a new round of employment structure has been changed.The impact of the development of digital economy on China's employment depends on the competition between the employment creation effect brought by digital industrialization and the employment destruction effect caused by industrial digitization.In order to achieve the goal of"stable employment and ensure people's livelihood"in China under the digital economy,this paper combs the characteristics of China's employment structure in the digital economy era,and analyzes the employment challenges facing China around the"four modernizations"strategy of the digital economy.On this basis,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions as follows.First,driving the upgrading of digital industry and accelerating the formation of ecological industry chain;Second,establishing a national employment training system in the era of digital economy,and promoting the reserve of talents in the digital field;Third,promoting the construction of smart urbanization,and realizing the equalization of urban and rural employment opportunities;Forth,strengthening the access supervision of digital economy industry,and protecting the rights and interests of the employment group;Fifth,promoting the construction of smart urbanization,and realizing the equalization of urban and rural employment opportunities;Sixth,promoting double-cycle with the help of digitization;Seventh,accelerating the digital"Belt and Road"construction,etc..The suggestions are made with a view to achieve high-quality employment in the digital economy and digital economy high-quality development.
