摘 要:构建综合能源系统是实现新能源与传统能源多能互补、协调优化的有效途径,但目前对综合能源系统的能源定价策略研究匮乏,因此限制了综合能源技术的推广。为此,首先对分时电价和实时电价两种定价策略对电用户的影响进行研究,并提出用户单位用电成本、负荷转移率等指标评价两种策略对用户的影响程度;然后构建了综合能源系统经济调度优化模型,研究了两种定价策略对综合能源系统运行成本的影响。计算结果表明,采用优化后的实时电价策略时,用户负荷转移率6.32%,相比采用分时电价时7.81%更小,表明实时电价策略对用户用电习惯影响较小,且单位用电成本更低,易于被用户接受;而分时电价策略使综合能源系统的经济收益更高。The construction of integrated energy system is an effective way to realize the multi energy complementary and coordinated optimization of new energy and traditional energy.However,the research on the energy pricing strategy of the integrated energy system is insufficient,which limits the promotion of integrated energy technology.Therefore,the impact of time of use price and spot price on electricity users is firstly studied,and indicators such as average power consumption cost and load transfer rate are put forward to evaluate the impact of the two strategies on users.Then,an integrated energy system scheduling optimization model is constructed to study the impact of the two pricing strategies on the operation cost of the integrated energy system.The calculation results indicate that when the optimized hourly spot price strategy is adopted,the user load transfer rate is 6.32%,while that under the time of use price is 7.81%.This indicates that the spot price strategy has less impact on the user′s electricity consumption habits.And the average power consumption cost is lower than that under the hourly spot price,so it is easy to be accepted by the users.The time of use price strategy makes the economic benefits of the integrated energy system higher.
