摘 要:为了减小镁对磷酸生产的影响,提高湿法磷酸质量,用磷酸对磷矿粉进行脱镁处理。试验研究了以磷酸作为磷矿粉脱镁剂,并用脱镁滤液制备磷酸铵镁的最佳工艺参数。试验结果表明:用磷矿粉脱镁滤液制备磷酸铵镁,控制不同的反应pH值可得到不同组分的产品;由于滤液中钙离子的影响,产品磷酸铵镁中掺杂有磷酸钙盐,导致磷酸铵镁产品品质不纯;用磷酸脱镁的滤液制备磷酸铵镁,P_(2)O_(5)回收率可以达到96%。In order to minimize the impact of magnesium on phosphoric acid production,and improve the quality of wet⁃process phosphoric acid,magne⁃sium removal treatment is carried out for phosphate rock powder using phosphoric acid.The experiment studies the optimal process parameters to use phos⁃phoric acid as phosphate rock powder magnesium removal agent,and use the magnesium removal filtrate to make magnesium ammonium phosphate.The experimental results show that when using phosphate rock powder magnesium removal filtrate to make magnesium ammonium phosphate,by controlling dif⁃ferent reaction pH values,products of different compositions can be obtained;due to the influence of calcium ion in the filtrate,the product magnesium ammonium phosphate is mixed with calcium phosphate,which leads to impure magnesium ammonium phosphate product;for production of magnesium am⁃monium phosphate using filtrate from phosphoric acid magnesium removal,the P_(2)O_(5)removal rate can be up to 90%.
