摘  要:某冶炼厂蒸硒渣处理后分金渣中金品位高、贱金属含量高,给后述工序带来一系列困难,有必要对分铜工艺与分金工艺进行改进,以进一步降低分金渣中的含金量。试验研究了硫酸化焙烧蒸硒渣浆化分铜、分金工序的操作参数,得到最优工艺参数,以深度脱除其中的贱金属,提高金粉质量和直收率。The gold extraction residue from a smelter steamed selenium residue treatment has high quality gold and high level of residual metal,which poses a series of difficulties on subsequent processes,and it is necessary to improve the copper extraction and gold extraction process,so as to further re⁃duce the gold content in the gold extraction residue.Experimental study is conducted on the operating parameters for copper and gold extraction process from sulphuric acid roasting steamed selenium residue,to obtain the optimal process parameters,so as to deeply remove the residual metal,and improve the gold powder quality and direct yield.
