高校异地校区图书馆运行中存在的问题及改进对策——以福建农林大学安溪校区图书馆为例

摘　　要：21世纪初,特别是近10年以来,为了缓解高招人数逐年增长的压力以及满足异地区域对高等教育发展的需要,各高校在异地兴建校区,图书馆作为不可缺少的基础职能部门和配套设施也在建设当中,图书馆也变成了一校多馆、不同校区办馆的运行模式,也因此产生各种各样的问题和弊端。如何让异地校区图书馆逐步完善以及确保其可持续发展和正常运行,成为需要解决和探讨的迫切问题。该文以福建农林大学安溪校区图书馆为例,分析了高校异地校区图书馆管理运行中存在的问题,提出通过统一资源配置、管理培训,优化网络系统、建设特色馆藏、建立健全规章制度和提升人员素质以及加强联动促进读者交流等对策,从而进一步完善服务、提高效率,更好地满足读者需求和配合异地校区的建设发展。At the beginning of the 21st century,especially in the past 10 years,in order to alleviate the pressure of the annual growth of the number of highly recruited students and meet the needs of higher education development in different regions,colleges and universities have built campuses in different regions.As an indispensable basic functional department and supporting facilities,libraries are also under construction.At present,libraries have become the operation mode of one university with multiple libraries and different campuses,therefore,there are all kinds of problems and disadvantages.How to gradually improve the library in different campus and ensure its sustainable development and normal operation has become an urgent problem to be solved and discussed.Taking Anxi Campus Library of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University as an example,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the management and operation of libraries in different campuses of colleges and universities,and puts forward some countermeasures,such as unifying resource allocation,management training,optimizing network system,building characteristic collection,establishing and perfecting rules and regulations,improving personnel quality,and strengthening linkage to promote reader communication,so as to further improve service improve efficiency,better meet the needs of readers and cooperate with the construction and development of non local campuses.
