摘　　要：消防监督执法工作时,由于日常案件数量十分庞大,众多环节给消防监督员带来了巨大的工作压力,不仅消耗了消防系统的人力、物力和财力,还导致目前消防行政处罚工作办理速度和效率普遍偏低,尽管目前通过适用简易程序,确实能起到一定的分流作用,但远达不到"破解困局"的目标。该文主要分析了消防行政处罚的特点和存在的问题,并提出了消防行政处罚快速办理的实施策略。During the fire supervision and law enforcement work,due to the large number of daily cases,many links have brought great work pressure to the fire supervisors.This not only consumes the human,material and financial resources of the fire control system,but also leads to the low processing speed and efficiency of fire administrative punishment.Although the application of summary procedures can indeed play a diversion role,it is far from reaching the goal of"solving the dilemma".This paper mainly analyzes the characteristics and existing problems of fire administrative punishment,and puts forward the implementation strategy of rapid handling of fire administrative punishment.
