摘 要:脉冲电子束荧光测速技术是一种直接测量稀薄流场速度的非接触手段,以Φ0.3 m高超声速低密度风洞Ma=12型面喷管为对象,在总压2 MPa、总温650 K的状态下,测量了喷管出口150 mm截面的径向速度分布,各点的7次测量结果表明重复性偏差约为10%,最大相对不确定度为4%,中心位置的速度与Pitot管测压技术、Rayleigh散射测速技术、N-S/DSMC数值模拟获得的速度相比较,偏差为1%,表明脉冲电子束荧光技术获得流场速度的方法是可靠的.The PEBF(pulse electron beam fluorescence)technique is a nonintrusive method for velocity measurement in rarefied flow field.In this paper,some experiments were implemented to measure radial flow velocity distribution at a cross section 150 mm away from the nozzle exit under the condition that P 0 is 2 MPa and T 0 is 650 K in aΦ0.3 m low density wind tunnel with a Mach 12 contoured nozzle.The repeatability deviation of the 7 experiments at each measurement point was about 10%and the maximum relative uncertainty was 4%.The deviation of average velocity at the center position was only 1%,compared with the average value of 4 velocities obtained by PEBF measurement method,Pitot tube measurement method,Rayleigh scattering measurement method and N-S/DSMC numerical simulation method.The above results show the reliability of PEBF technique in measuring flow velocity.
