摘 要:将废弃烧结黏土砖破碎后代替天然骨料制备成再生混凝土可以减少天然骨料的使用量,有利于环境保护.以C20普通混凝土为基准,通过试验测定天然骨料和碎砖骨料的各项性能.针对再生碎砖骨料高吸水性特点,在碎砖粗骨料取代率为50%时,研究碎砖骨料的处理方式对混凝土工作性能及力学性能的影响.试验研究结果表明,用附加水法处理碎砖骨料可以让再生混凝土的工作性能和力学性能达到最优.The use of natural aggregate in the production of recycled concrete can be reduced,which is conducive to environment protection,by replacing natural aggregate with waste sintered clay brick which is broken.Based on C20 ordinary concrete,the properties of natural aggregate and broken brick aggregate were tested.According to the characteristics of high water absorption of recycled brick aggregate,the effects of treatment methods of recycled brick aggregate on workability and mechanical properties of concrete were studied when the replacement rate of coarse aggregate of broken brick was 50%.The results of the experiments show that the working and mechanical properties of recycled concrete can be optimized by using additional water method.
