摘 要:叶绿素是反映植物光合作用及营养状况的重要指标。为探寻在不损伤叶片的情况下快速简便地预测丁香叶绿素绝对含量的方法,本试验以种植于含盐量0.3%土壤的小叶丁香和紫丁香为试材,分别采用分光光度法和SPAD叶绿素仪测定叶片中叶绿素的绝对含量和相对含量,分析了二者之间的相关关系。结果显示,在盐胁迫条件下小叶丁香和紫丁香的SPAD值与叶绿素a、叶绿素b、总叶绿素含量均呈极显著正相关关系;通过回归分析建立了SPAD值与叶绿素a、叶绿素b、总叶绿素之间线性函数、二次多项式函数、对数函数、幂函数及指数函数的拟合方程,其中二次多项式拟合度最高,线性方程的拟合度略低,但仍达到显著水平,为方便计算,实际生产中可选择拟合度略低的线性方程。可见,SPAD值可以反映盐胁迫条件下小叶丁香和紫丁香中叶绿素含量的变化,可用SPAD值基于线性方程对这2种丁香叶片中的叶绿素绝对含量进行预测,即叶绿素a:y1=0.150x+1.496,叶绿素b:y2=0.111x-0.775,总叶绿素:y3=0.260x+0.783(式中x为SPAD值),经检验,实测值与预测值间不存在显著差异。Chlorophyll is an important indicator reflecting photosynthesis and nutrient status of the plant.In order to find a fast and simple method to predict absolute content of chlorophyll without damaging the leaves,taking Syringa microphylla and S.oblata Lindl planted in soil with salt content of 0.3%as test materials,the absolute content and relative content of chlorophyll in the leaves were measured by using pectrophotometer and SPAD chlorophyll meter,and the correlations between them were analyzed.The results showed that under salt stress,the SPAD values of S.microphylla and S.oblata Lindl had very significant positive correlations with the contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll.Through regression analysis,the fitting equations between SPAD values and chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll were established by linear function,quadratic polynomial function,logarithmic function,power function and exponential function.Among them,quadratic polynomial had the highest fitting degree and that of linear equation was slightly lower,but it still reached a significant level.For convenient calculation,the linear equation could be selected in actual production.It could be seen that the SPAD values could reflect the changes of chlorophyll content in S.microphylla and S.oblata Lindl under salt stress,so it could be used to predict the absolute content of chlorophyll in the leaves of these two Syringa based on the linear equations of chlorophyll a:y1=0.150 x+1.496,chlorophyll b:y2=0.111 x-0.775,total chlorophyll:y3=0.260 x+0.783(x as SPAD value).Through test,there were no significant differences between the measured values and the predicted values.
