摘  要:以番茄圣尼斯7845为试材,探讨椰糠、菇渣、草炭、珍珠岩、蛭石5种基质不同配比水肥一体化对设施内番茄生长发育和根际基质微生物数量的影响。结果表明,以椰糠∶菇渣∶珍珠岩=5∶4∶1为复合基质栽培时,番茄植株生长特性、产量、根区溶液EC值、根际基质微生物含量最优,显著优于其它复合配比基质。The effects of five substrates(coconut husk, mushroom residue, peat, perlite and vermiculite) with different ratios under integrated management of water and fertilizer on tomato growth and quantity of root-zone microorganism in greenhouse were studied with seminis 7845 as test material. The results showed that the best formula was coconut husk∶mushroom residue∶perlite=5∶4∶1, and the plant growth characteristics, yield, EC value of root-zone solution and microorganism quantity were significantly better compared with other composite substrates.
