摘  要:本研究以济麦22为材料,采用培养皿及盆栽试验方法,研究不同浓度黄腐酸对镉胁迫下小麦种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,50 mg/L CdCl2胁迫下,小麦种子萌发和幼苗生长受到显著抑制。适宜浓度的黄腐酸可以缓解镉胁迫对小麦种子萌发的影响,随着黄腐酸浓度的升高,发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数呈现先上升后下降的趋势,50 mg/L黄腐酸对镉胁迫下小麦种子萌发的促进效果最好。适宜浓度黄腐酸可以显著提高小麦幼苗的抗逆性,经隶属函数综合评估分析得出,在50 mg/L CdCl2胁迫下黄腐酸最适浓度为100 mg/L。与喷施清水相比,喷施100 mg/L黄腐酸溶液可以增加小麦幼苗光合色素、游离脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量,降低丙二醛含量,提高过氧化氢酶活性,从而增强抗氧化代谢能力,提高渗透调节能力,缓解镉胁迫对小麦幼苗的毒害作用。This experiment was conducted to determine the effects of different fulvic acid concentrations on seed germination and seedling growth of wheat under cadmium stress by using the petri dish test and pot experiment with Jimai 22 as test material. The results showed that wheat seed germination and seedling growth were significantly inhibited(P<0.05) under 50 mg/L CdCl2 stress. Appropriate concentration of fulvic acid could alleviate the effect of cadmium stress on wheat seed germination, and the seed germination rate, germination potential and germination index all showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing with the increase of fulvic acid concentration. The best promotion effect on the germination of wheat seeds under cadmium stress was achieved when the concentration of fulvic acid was 50 mg/L. The appropriate concentration of fulvic acid significantly improved the resistance of wheat seedlings, and the optimum concentration of fulvic acid was 100 mg/L under 50 mg/L CdCl2 stress determined by the comprehensive evaluation with membership function. Compared to spraying water(T0), spraying 100 mg/L fulvic acid solution could enhance antioxidant metabolism, improve osmoregulation and alleviate the toxicity of wheat seedlings by increasing the content of photosynthetic pigments, free proline and soluble sugars, reducing malondialdehyde content and enhancing catalase activity.
