摘  要:为探明大草蛉对梨瘿蚊的捕食作用,研究在2.6 L饲养空间下不同温度(19、21、23、25、27、29、31℃)及在(25±1)℃下不同饲养空间(1.3、4.6 L)对大草蛉捕食梨瘿蚊3龄幼虫的影响。结果表明,大草蛉3龄幼虫对梨瘿蚊3龄幼虫捕食能力大于成虫,捕食功能反应均符合HollingⅡ型公式。大草蛉3龄幼虫和成虫对梨瘿蚊3龄幼虫的捕食上限(1/Th)和搜寻效应(S)均与温度呈二次函数关系,高峰值出现在25℃和27℃;对梨瘿蚊3龄幼虫的瞬时攻击率(a′)、捕食上限(1/Th)和搜寻效应(S)随试验空间的增大而降低。综合分析表明,大草蛉对梨瘿蚊具有较强的控害效能,其取食能力受温度和空间影响显著。To ascertain the predation effect of Chrysopa pallens on Dasumeira pyri, the effects of different temperature(19, 21, 23, 25, 27, 29, 31℃) in 2.6 L feeding space, and different feeding space(1.3, 4.6 L) at(25 ± 1)℃ on the predation of D. pyri(3 rd instar larvae) by C. pallens were studied. The results showed that the predation ability of the 3 rd instar larvae of C. pallens to the 3 rd instar larvae of D. pyri was greater than that of the adults, and their predatory response fit well with the Holling Ⅱ model. The upper limit of predation(1/Th) and searching efficiency(S) of C. pallens(3 rd instar larvae and adults) on D. pyri(3 rd instar larvae) had a quadratic function relationship with temperature, and the high peaks appeared at 25℃ and 27℃. The instantaneous attack rate(a′), upper limit of predation(1/Th) and searching efficiency(S) of C. pallens(3 rd instar larvae and adults) on D. pyri(3 rd instar larvae) decreased with the increase of test space. The comprehensive analysis showed that C. pallens had greater control effects on D. pyri, and its feeding ability was significantly affected by temperature and space.
