泌尿外科留置双J管病人出院准备度问卷的编制及信效度检验

摘　　要：目的:研制泌尿外科留置双J管病人出院准备度问卷,并检验其信效度。方法:通过文献分析,参考病人出院准备度量表,并进行专家函询形成最终问卷,选取我院泌尿外科行泌尿系结石术后留置双J管病人215例进行调查,检验问卷的信度和效度。结果:编制的泌尿外科留置双J管病人出院准备度问卷包括个人状态、护理知识、应对能力、情感支持4个维度,共24个条目。问卷总的Cronbach's α系数为0.914,重测信度为0.869,折半信度为0.892;各维度的Cronbach's α系数为0.769~0.942,重测信度为0.756~0.857,折半信度为0.774~0.873。问卷量表水平的效度指数(S-CVI)为0.952,条目水平的内容效度指数(I-CVI)为0.831~1.000。探索性因子分析提取特征值>1的公因子4个,累计解释变异量为74.635%。结论:该问卷具有良好的信效度,可作为泌尿外科留置双J管病人出院准备度的评价工具。Objective:To develop the readiness for discharge questionnaire for patients with indwelling double J tubes in urology,and to test its reliability and validity.Methods:The initial questionnaire was formed by analyzing the literature and referring to the Chinese version of the Readiness for Hospital Discharge Scale.After taking the expert's inquiry by letter,the final scale was developed.A total of 215 patients with indwelling double J tubes after urinary calculi in the department of urology in our hospital,were selected as subjects.And the reliability and validity of scale were tested.Results:The developed scale included following 4 dimensions:personal status,nursing knowledge,coping ability and emotional support,involving 24 items.The Cronbach's α coefficient of the total scale was 0.914.The test-retest reliability coefficient was 0.869.The split-half reliability coefficient was 0.892.The Cronbach's α coefficients of each dimension ranged from 0.769 to 0.942.The test-retest reliability coefficient of each dimension ranged from 0.756 to 0.857.The split-half coefficient of each dimension ranged from 0.774 to 0.873.The scale level-content validity index(S-CVI)was 0.952.And the item level-content validity index(I-CVI)ranged from 0.831 to 1.000.The results of exploratory factor analysis showed that 4 common factors with characteristic value>1 were extracted,whose cumulative variance contribution was 74.635%.Conclusions:The developed readiness for discharge questionnaire for patients with indwelling double J tubes in urology has good reliability and validity,which can be used as a tool for assessing the readiness for discharge of patients with indwelling double J tubes in urology.
