烟草公司物流责任中心运营效率评价研究

摘　　要：随着我国经济高质量发展进程的加快,物流成为烟草行业实现新发展的重要手段。通过运用DEA方法中的BCC模型,以WH市烟草物流中心为例,对其所在的AH省内16个地市烟草公司物流中心的运营相对效率进行评价分析。结果发现WH烟草物流的纯技术效率和规模效率均小于1,规模报酬状态递减,存在投入冗余的情况。因此,对照目标、寻找差距,对WH烟草物流发展提出相应的对策建议。With the acceleration of China’s high-quality economic development,logistics has become an important step for tobacco industry to achieve new development.Using the BCC model of DEA method and taking Wuhu tobacco logistics as the research object,this paper evaluates and analyzes the relative efficiency of operation of tobacco companies logistics in 16 cities in Anhui province from January to February 2020.The results show that the value of pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of Wuhu tobacco logistics is less than 1,the return to scale is decreasing,and there is redundant input.Therefore,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions for the development of Wuhu tobacco logistics on the basis of comparing the target to find the gap.
