摘　　要：在新常态的现实背景下,我国医疗器械出口行业面临转型升级的机遇和挑战。然而发达国家和地区对医疗器械的准入条件不尽相同,在一定程度上对我国构成技术性贸易壁垒,不仅影响了我们医疗器械出口行业的发展,也影响了我国医疗企业的国际口碑。鉴于此,提出相应的应对策略,以期尽可能在恪守国际法义务的基础上,最大限度地维护国家经济的主权利益。Under the realistic background of the new normal,my country’s medical device export industry is facing opportunities and challenges of transformation and upgrading.However,developed countries and regions have different access conditions for medical devices,and some constitute technical trade barriers to my country to a certain extent,which not only affects the development of our medical device export industry,but also affects the international reputation of my country’s medical enterprises.In view of this,corresponding countermeasures are proposed to maximize the realization of the sovereign interest of the national economy on the basis of abiding by the obligations of international law as much as possible.
