摘 要:航天光学遥感器因其光机结构复杂、装调精密、尺寸稳定性要求高等特点,给总体装配带来了更高的要求与难度。文章通过对遥感器总装布线过程的可装配性难、可维修性差等问题进行分析,提出了面向产品装配的遥感器主体线缆模块化设计思路,采用转接电缆布线的设计方案,并归纳了转接电缆的设计工艺性要求、工艺参数和实施途径。经某型号红外相机使用验证,结果表明:该方法提升了总装与测试效率,可为遥感器总体设计人员的具体实施提供一定的借鉴。Space optical remote sensor has brought higher requirements and difficulties for integration because of its complex structure,precise assembly and adjustment,and high requirement for dimensional stability.By analyzing the lack of assemblability and maintainability in the process of space remote sensor assembly and wiring,a modular design method of space remote sensor main cable for product assembly is proposed by adopting the design scheme of transfer cable wiring,and the technology process requirements of design,technology process parameters and implementation approaches of the transfer cable are summarized.Verified by the use of an infrared camera,this method is reliable,and improves the efficiency of assembly and testing,which can provide some reference for designers.
