摘　　要：该文主要围绕“六个身边”工程分析探讨榆林市群众体育开展的特色,在共生理论基础下分析存在的问题。首先,通过路径分析将转型能力6个要素作为自变量,组织健身活动作为中间变量,转型绩效作为因变量建立结构方程模型,结果表明:组织健身活动对群众体育生活化转型绩效的影响最显著,其他依次为建设健身设施=举办健身赛事>完善健身组织>讲好健身故事>提供健身指导,这表明各因素在群众体育生活化转型能力中的重要性和突显作用。然后,提出榆林市群众体育生活化行动路径包括:一是调整共生单元价值取向,注重城市和农村群众体育动态协调性;二是激活共生模式,理顺结构内部各要素间关系建立相互依赖的共生模式;三是化共生环境资源配置,构建政府、社会和市场三方联动治理格局。This paper mainly focuses on the"six arounds"project,analyzes and discusses the characteristics of mass sports in Yulin,and analyzes the existing problems on the basis of symbiosis theory.Firstly,through path analysis,the structural equation model is established by taking the six elements of transformation ability as independent variables,organizational fitness activities as intermediate variables and transformation performance as dependent variables.The results show that organizational fitness activities have the most significant impact on the transformation performance of mass sports life,the other order is to build fitness facilities=hold fitness events>improve fitness organization>tell good fitness stories>provide fitness guidance,which shows the importance and prominent role of various factors in the transformation ability of mass sports life.Then,it puts forward the action path of mass sports life in Yulin,including:first,adjusting the value orientation of symbiotic unit and paying attention to the dynamic coordination of mass sports in urban and rural areas;second,activate the symbiotic model,straighten out the relationship between various elements within the structure,and establish an interdependent symbiotic model;third,we should optimize the allocation of symbiotic environmental resources and build a tripartite governance pattern of government,society and market.
