摘  要:提出了一种新型的从接地端提取信号的测量方案,从原理层面解决传统测量方案中从高压端取信号操作危险性高的缺陷。基于压电压力波法基本原理,设计复合探头并据此完成了便携式空间电荷测量系统的搭建。该测量系统可灵活应用于多种场合:在不外加高压的情况下,可独立完成不同厚度的聚乙烯平板样品内部空间电荷分布情况测量;若需要外加电压,也可与现有的高压源进行组合测量。实验结果表明:与传统从高压侧取信号的测量方案相比,该测量系统具有相同的空间分辨率且测量灵敏度相近。A measurement scheme that extracts signals from the ground side was proposed,which fundamentally overcomes the drawback of high risk of taking signals from the high-voltage side in the traditional scheme.Based on the basic PWP method principle for space charge measurement,the composite probe was designed and a portable space charge measurement instrument was built based on it.This measuring instrument can be flexibly applied to many occasions:without applying high voltage,it can independently measure the internal space charge distribution of polyethylene flat samples of different thicknesses;if an external voltage is required,it can also be used with any high voltage sources to complete the measurement.The experimental results show that:compared with the traditional measurement scheme of taking signals from the high-voltage side,this measuring instrument has the same spatial resolution and similar measurement sensitivity.
