摘　　要：近年来一种新型的无创呼吸量监测仪(Non-invasive Respiratory Volume Monitor,RVM)可为非气管插管患者持续动态监测分钟通气量(MV)、潮气量(TV)及呼吸频率(RR),并显示非气管插管患者的实时呼吸曲线;由于其无创、简单、安全、廉价并能长时间连续监测等优点,RVM在临床中得到广泛应用并取得良好效果,本文就RVM的方法原理、临床应用及优缺点进行综述。In recent years,a novel,noninvasive respiratory volume monitor(RVM)for the patients without tracheal intu⁃bation has been developed to continuously measure and display minute ventilation(MV),tidal volume(TV),and respi⁃ratory rate(RR)in a variety of clinical settings.Because of its the advantages of non-invasive,simple,safe,cheap,and with then function of continuous monitoring,RVM has been widely used in clinical practice and achieved good results.This article will demonstrate the principle method of RVM,clinical applications,advantages and disadvantages.
