乳果糖与芪蓉润肠口服液治疗老年冠心病PCI术后便秘效果比较

摘　　要：为观察比较乳果糖与芪蓉润肠口服液治疗老年冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后便秘效果,将老年冠心病PCI术后便秘患者96例随机分为A、B 2组,每组48例。A组患者服用乳果糖治疗,B组患者服用芪蓉润肠口服液治疗,2组患者持续治疗1个月后比较疗效、治疗前后排便症状评分及不良反应发生率。结果显示,2组患者总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗前2组患者排便症状评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗1个月后,2组患者评分均有明显下降,且B组患者排便时间、排便频率评分低于A组(P<0.05);B组患者不良反应发生率低于A组(P<0.05)。结果表明,乳果糖与芪蓉润肠口服液治疗老年冠心病PCI术后便秘均有明显效果,且芪蓉润肠口服液可以更有效增加排便频率、缩短排便时间,且无明显不良反应。This study was to observe and compared the efficacy of lactulose and qirong runchang oral liquid(a TCM formula,shortly named as liquid)in the treatment of constipation after PCI procedure for senior coronary heart disease(CHD),randomly divided 96 cases met above condition into group A and group B:group A administering lactulose,group B administering liquid,48 cases for each group;above treatment lasted 1 month,both groups’ effect,the score ratings on defecation symptoms before and after treatment,as well as unward reaction incidence were compared between the two groups.As results,in total effective rate,and in the ratings on defecation symptoms before treatment,there all were no statistical difference between the two groups(all,P >0.05);but 1 month after treatment both groups’ ratings were significantly declined,merely,in group B,the ratings on defecation time and frequency were lower than that in group A(P<0.05),as well as the unward reaction incidence also so did(P<0.05).Results show that lactulose and liquid all have significant efficacy on constipation after PCI for senior CHD,and,liquid is more effective on defecation frequency increased,more shortening defecation time,as well as without significant unward reaction.
