摘　　要：通过对内蒙古地区的地形地貌和天气特点的梳理,总结内蒙古地区春季沙尘天气的特点,分析沙尘天气对飞行活动的影响。从加强气象预报、制定保障预案、落实运行控制和推进相关人员模拟机培训四个方面提出沙尘天气下安全飞行的措施。Through analyzing the terrain and weather characteristics in Inner Mongolia,the characteristics of dust weather in spring in Inner Mongolia are summarized,and the influence of dust weather on flight activities is analyzed.The measures for safe flight under dust weather are put forward from four aspects:strengthening meteorological forecast,making security plans,implementing operation control and promoting simulator training for related personnel.
