摘 要:利用孤雌生殖诱导育种方法是获得玉米纯合自交系的途径,可极大地缩短获得高度纯合自交系的培育年限,提高育种效率,是玉米育种的重要技术之一。当前孤雌生殖诱导育种方法包括利用孤雌生殖诱导系诱导和利用化学药剂二倍体诱导2种形式。孤雌生殖诱导单倍体技术具有操作简单、无配子选择性等优点。对2种孤雌生殖诱导方法进行了综述和讨论,旨在为玉米育种工作提供参考。Parthenogenetic induction breeding is the main way to obtain maize homozygous inbred lines,which can greatly shorten the breeding period for obtaining highly homozygous inbred lines,improve breeding efficiency,it is one of the important techniques in maize breeding.The current methods of parthenogenetic induction include two forms of parthenogenetic induction and chemical diploid induction.Parthenogenesis haploid induction technique has the advantages of simple operation and no gamete selection.Chemical diploid induction is stimulated or induced haploid by chemical inducers without fertilization under artificial control.In this paper,two methods of parthenogenesis induction were reviewed and discussed to provide reference for maize breeding.
