摘 要:采用挂篮悬臂浇筑施工的多跨变截面预应力混凝土连续梁桥,施工工序复杂,成桥线形影响因素多。如果每个悬浇节段的主梁立模标高均按照设计参数计算的预拱度值去放样,梁体实际竖向位移与理论计算值的误差会越来越大,随着误差的逐步积累,很难达到理想成桥线形要求。以新建吉安赣江大桥(75+120+120+75)m为工程背景,借助大型有限元软件Midas/Civil 2019,以成桥十年后梁体累计挠度值为控制目标,通过改变混凝土容重、锚下张拉控制应力、混凝土收缩徐变时间、挂篮重量,对比分析主梁挠度变化,确定影响梁体线形的主要因素,为同类桥梁的线形控制提供参考。The multi-span variable cross section prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge with hanging basket to build has complex construction procedure and the linear for completed stage is influenced by many factors.If the formwork elevation of the girder of each cantilever sprue is set out according to the precamber value calculated by the design parameters,the error between the actual vertical displacement of the beam and the theoretical value will be bigger and bigger,it is difficult to achieve the desired ideal linear as the errors accumulate.Taking the new-building Ganjiang bridge in Ji'an as the engineering background,using the finite element software midas civil 2019,taking the accumulated deflection of the beam after completed ten years as the control target,through changing the concrete bulk density,the tension control stress under anchor,the concrete shrinkage and creep time,the weight of hanging basket,to coMPare and analyze the law of variation about the deflection of girder,determined the main factors which affected the linear,it provided a reference for the linear control of similar bridges.
