摘　　要：按照碳核查工作流程,结合实际工作中的需求,提出了企业温室气体报送平台的应用需求,面向企业、第三方核查机构和气候变化主管部门三类用户,制定了碳核查工作的系统流程,并设计了平台的各项功能,包括用户登录、综合管理、核算方法与规则管理、企业数据监测与报告、第三方核查、数据分析与挖掘、系统管理等,能够实现企业、第三方核查机构和主管部门的协同管理,有效提升了碳排放报告和核查的工作效率。In accordance with the carbon verification workflow,and combined with the needs of practical work,this paper puts forward the application requirements for the enterprise greenhouse gas emission reporting platform,and then formulates the carbon verification workflow system for enterprises,third-party verification agencies and competent departments of climate change.It designs the platform's various functions,including user login,integrated management,accounting methods and rules management,enterprise data monitoring and reporting,third-party verification,data analysis and mining,system management,etc.It can achieve the collaborative management among the three types of users and effectively improve the work efficiency of carbon emissions reporting and verification.
