摘 要:针对某电厂运行过程中出现的水汽氢电导率异常情况,通过仪器仪表联用,分析水汽脱气氢电导率、痕量阴离子和TOC含量的变化,快速查定出是有机物进入机组热力系统,在高温、高压介质中分解成甲酸乙酸,造成氢电导率超标,并且查找到异常原因是超滤保护液甘油回收至锅炉补给水处理系统所致,最终查定和处理了由此引起的热力系统水汽质量劣化问题。In view of the abnormal water vapor hydrogen conductivity during the operation of a power plant,the technicians analyzed the changes of water vapor degassed hydrogen conductivity,trace anions and TOC content through the combination of instruments and meters,and quickly identified that organic matter entered the thermal system,then they resolved into formic acid and acetic acid in high temperature and high-pressure medium,resulting in the excessive hydrogen conductivity.In addition,it is found that the glycerin protection liquid of UF was recovered to the boiler make-up water treatment system,resulting in the excessive organic content of demineralized water,and finally the deterioration of steam quality caused by the thermal system was determined and disposed.
