摘　　要：在专利检索过程中,除了对专利文献进行检索外,对非专利文献进行检索也是非常必要的。本文结合实际案例探讨了如何对非专利文献进行检索,从而获得有效的对比文件,以提高专利审查的效率和质量。In the process of patent retrieval,in addition to the retrieval of patent documents,it is also necessary to retrieval non-patent documents.This article discusses how to retrieval non-patent documents and obtain effective comparative documents in combination with actual cases,so as to improve the efficiency and quality of patent examination.
