摘　　要：随着知识产权越来越被重视,企业专利已经从追求数量转变为提升质量、提升价值,高质量专利、高价值专利成为企业的主流目标。尤其高质量专利是企业专利工作的基础,也是企业专利运营的基础。本文根据专利管理工作实际,设计和分析了基于权利要求项数维度的专利及其代理费用的模型,为企业知识产权管理人员及经营人员、专利代理机构及代理师、发明设计人等提供借鉴。With the accumulation of intellectual property rights,enterprise patents have changed from the pursuit of quantity to the pursuit of quality and value.The research and development of high-quality and high-value patents has become the mainstream goal of enterprises.In other words,high-quality patents have become the basis of enterprise patent work and operation.According to the practice of patent administration,this paper analyzes and designs the model of patent's agency cost based on the number of claims,in order to provide reference for enterprise intellectual property managers and operators,patent agencies and agents,invention designers and so on.
