加拿大奶业发展经验分析

摘　　要：对加拿大的奶牛养殖情况、奶业分布布局、生鲜乳销售、乳制品加工和消费、奶业贸易等方面进行系统的梳理分析,发现加拿大正有序推进奶牛规模化养殖,运用优秀遗传育种体系培养优质畜群,牛奶产量增加主要依靠奶牛单产的提升,奶牛养殖、乳品加工及消费市场都分布在相近区域,有机奶产业发展迅速等,提出中国奶业的发展要探索适度规模,逐步推进奶牛规模化养殖;引入国外先进育种技术,建立规范化奶牛良种育种体系;鼓励东部和南部地区,以及大城市周边发展奶牛养殖和乳品加工业;鼓励有条件地区发展有机奶产业;建立良好的生鲜乳价格协商机制等7项合理化建议,以期为中国奶业的高质量可持续发展提供了有益借鉴。This paper systematically analyzed the Canadian dairy farming,dairy distribution layout,sales of fresh milk,dairy products processing and consumption and trade of dairy industry,found that Canada is in order to promote mass breeding cows,using the excellent genetic breeding system of cultivating high-quality herds.The increase in milk production mainly depends on the increase in the yield per cow.Dairy farming,dairy processing and consumer markets are all distributed in same areas,and organic milk industry is developing rapidly and other conclutions.It is suggested that the development of Dairy industry in China should explore a moderate scale and gradually promote large-scale dairy farming.Introducing foreign advanced breeding technology and establishing standardized breeding system for dairy cows;Encourage the development of dairy farming and dairy processing in eastern and southern regions and around major cities;Encourage the development of organic milk industry in areas where conditions permit and other advices,In order to provide useful reference for the sustainable development of high quality dairy industry in China.
