产业融合视域下文化产业科技创新有效路径研究

摘　　要：面临新一轮技术革命的到来,如何以融合促进创新全面提升文化产业科技创新能力,研发文化产品、服务的新属性,形成高层次的新兴文化产业形态,是文化产业发展亟待解决的问题。本文在分析了文化产业与科技融合促进科技创新能力提升作用机理的基础上,构建了区域文化产业科技创新能力评价指标体系,对我国30个省市的科技创新能力进行了实证研究,根据研究结果从人才队伍建设、政策支持、地区平衡发展三方面提出了提升文化产业科技创新能力的有效路径。Facing the arrival of a new round of technological revolution,how to promote innovation through integration,comprehensively improve the sci-tech innovation ability of cultural industry,research&develop new attributes of cultural products and services,and form a high-level emerging form of cultural industry is an urgent problem to be solved in the development of cultural industry.Based on the analysis of the functional mechanism of promoting the improvement of sci-tech innovation ability through the integration of cultural industry and science and technology,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of regional cultural industry sci-tech innovation ability,carries out an empirical research on the sci-tech innovation ability of 30 provinces and cities in China.According to the research results,this paper puts forward effective paths to improve the sci-tech innovation ability of cultural industry from the three aspects of talents team building,policy support and regional balanced development.
