多杀巴斯德菌感染的临床研究

摘　　要：目的分析多杀巴斯德菌感染人的感染途径、临床特征及药物治疗,提高临床对多杀巴斯德菌的认识。方法通过琼海市人民医院收治的1例猫咬伤致伤口感染多杀巴斯德菌的病例报告,同时通过中国知网数据库和万方数据库等检索工具检索相关文献,结合文献报告的病例特点和本例病例特点进行分析。结果多杀巴斯德菌可通过猫、狗抓咬伤人而感染,或免疫力低下的人通过密切接触宠物而吸入含多杀巴斯德菌的气溶胶而感染,该菌可引起伤口感染或者全身性症状,如伤口化脓、肺炎、脑膜炎、菌血症等。可选青霉素类或第二、三代头孢菌素或氟喹诺酮类药物治疗。结论随着人们养宠物的增多,多杀巴斯德菌感染人已成为一种公共卫生问题,微生物室和临床应重视多杀巴斯德菌引起的感染,同时人们也需加强对宠物的管理。Pasteurella multocida is an animal pathogenic bacterium that can cause severe zoonotic disease with symptoms such as wound infections or systemic symptoms,including wound suppuration,pneumonia,meningitis and bacteremia.P.multocida infection can occur after scratches and bites from cats and dogs.People with immune deficiency can also be infected by P.multocida acquired through close contact with pets or accidental inhalation of aerosols containing the bacteria.Treatments typically involve penicillin,second-generation and third-generation cephalosporins or fluoroquinolones.As the number of pets has rapidly grown,P.multocida has become a public health risk.Therefore,to increase clinical and social awareness of P.multocida infection,we searched the CNKI and Wanfang databases for cases of P.multocida infection reported in the literature,especially cases of cat bite infections from Qionghai People’s Hospital,and systematically examined the infection route,clinical characteristics and drug treatment of P.multocida infection.
