摘　　要：侧面炉排片为平板类结构,易变形,壁厚不均匀,在热节处容易产生缩松、缩孔、热裂纹等铸造缺陷,根据垃圾焚烧炉用侧面炉排片的结构特点,进行了铸造工艺性分析,设计了铸造工艺方案,合理布置冷铁,通过试制生产,成功获得了合格的铸件。According to the structural characteristics of the side grate used in the waste incinerator,the casting process was analyzed,the casting process plan was designed,and the pilot production was carried out according to the process plan,the problems in the pilot production process were solved,the casting process plan was optimized,and the qualified castings were produced in batch.
