摘　　要：本文针对电机定子铸件吊挂典型质量问题裂纹缺陷,主要从裂纹性质,形貌、宏观、微观金相、力学性能、成分等方面进行缺陷索源分析,按产品结构、制作工艺等方面提出建议性预防改进措施,确保电机的安全可靠运行。In view of the hanging crack defects of motor stator castings,this paper mainly analyzes the defect source from the crack properties,morphology,macroscopic and microscopic metallography,mechanical properties,composition and other aspects,and puts forward some preventive and improvement measures according to the product structure and manufacturing process,so as to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the motor.
