摘 要:苏州某水厂由于新征建设用地无法落实,二期深度处理改扩建工程只能调整为在厂前区建筑物的地块内建设。经过工艺进一步比选,二期深度处理仍采用与一期相同的臭氧生物活性炭工艺。为满足水厂60×10^(4)m^(3)/d规模深度处理全覆盖需求,将已建一期深度处理综合池规模由原来的25×10^(4)m^(3)/d改建至35×10^(4)m^(3)/d,并由原对应二期常规处理系统(25×10^(4)m^(3)/d)改为对应一期常规处理系统(35×10^(4)m^(3)/d);新建二期深度处理综合池规模为25×10^(4)m^(3)/d,对应二期常规处理系统。本工程调整了水力流程和外部管线以适应由用地变更导致的常规处理生产线对应关系的变化。改造后,出水水质符合《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749—2006),出厂水CODMn平均值由1.36mg/L降至1.34 mg/L,浑浊度由0.28 NTU降至0.24 NTU,氨氮始终低于检测限值。Due to the newly acquired land expropriation cannot be carried out in a waterworks in Suzhou,the phaseⅡadvanced treatment reconstruction and expansion project can only be constructed in a small built-up area in front of the plant.After further selection of the treatment process,an ozone biological activated carbon process identical to that of phaseⅠproject was still used in the phaseⅡproject.In order to increase the total advanced treatment capacity of the plant to 60×10^(4) m^(3)/d,treatment capacity of phaseⅠadvanced treatment comprehensive tank was transformed from 25×10^(4) m^(3)/d to 35×10^(4) m^(3)/d,and the original corresponding phaseⅡconventional treatment system(25×10^(4) m^(3)/d)was changed to the corresponding phaseⅠsystem(35×10^(4) m^(3)/d).The treatment capacity of new phaseⅡadvanced treatment comprehensive tank was designed to be 25×10^(4) m^(3)/d,which was corresponding the phaseⅡconventional treatment system.Hydraulic process and external pipelines were adjusted to adapt to the change of the corresponding relationship of conventional processing line caused by land use change.After the transformation,effluent quality met Standards for Drinking Water Quality(GB 5749-2006),CODMn in the effluent was reduced from 1.36 mg/L to 1.34 mg/L,turbidity decreased from 0.28 NTU to 0.24 NTU,and ammonia nitrogen was always lower than the detection limit.
