摘  要:为了对路面基层施工现场骨架密实型级配碎石压实度进行快速检测,实时反馈施工质量,提出了一种无损检测的新方法。通过控制试验中不同变量,探究结构层厚度、含水率和下承层刚度因素对PFWD法检测结果的影响规律,建立压实度与变形模量之间的关系,并在试验路段上与灌砂法检测结果进行比较分析。试验结果表明:级配碎石路面基层压实度与变形模量之间存在良好的指数关系,可以利用PFWD法测定现场不同压实度下的变形模量,建立压实度与变形模量之间的相关关系式,得到现场压实度要求的Evd测定值,从而实现对压实质量的及时评价与控制。In order to quickly test the compactness of coarse graded unbound granular materials in the construction site of pavement base,timely reflect the construction quality,a new method of nondestructive testing is put forward in this paper.By controlling the different variables in the test,the influence of structural layer thickness,moisture content and bottom stiffness on the detection results of PFWD method are explored,and the relationship between compactness and deformation modulus is established.The detection results of sand filling method and PFWD method are compared and analyzed on the test section.The test results show that:there is a good exponential relationship between compactness and deformation modulus of coarse graded unbound granular materials;PFWD method can be used to measure the deformation modulus under different compaction degrees,and the relationship between compactness and deformation are established,so the Evd measurement value required by site compactness can be obtained,so as to realize the timely evaluation and control of compaction quality.
