摘  要:U肋双面焊可显著提高钢桥面板U肋与顶板焊接细节的抗疲劳性能。为研究U肋增补内焊时产生的热量对既有桥梁的沥青铺装层的影响,制作了4个典型板厚的节段模型,通过数值模拟和试验测试得出了U肋内角增补焊接产生的温度场分布,分析了温度场随板厚的变化规律,论证了U肋增补内焊对沥青铺装层的安全性影响。试验测试数据和检测结果表明,既有桥梁U肋增补内焊技术不会对沥青铺装层产生明显损伤。这种技术为国内众多存在U肋疲劳开裂病害的既有桥梁提供了一种可能的补强方案。Double side welding of U-rib can significantly improve the fatigue resistance of welding details between U-rib and top plate of steel bridge deck.In order to study the influence of heat generated by internal welding of U-rib on asphalt pavement of existing bridge,four section models of typical plate thickness are prepared.Numerical simulation and experimental test are carried out to obtain the distribution of temperature field generated by U-rib inner corner supplementary welding,the variation law of temperature field with plate thickness is analyzed,and the safety influence of U-rib internal welding on asphalt pavement is demonstrated.Based on the test data and test results,it is considered that the internal welding technology of U-rib of existing bridge will not cause obvious damage to asphalt pavement,which provides a possible reinforcement scheme for many existing bridges with fatigue cracking defects of U-rib in China.
