摘  要:随着临兴致密气区块大开发的稳步推进,钻井数量逐年增多,钻进过程中的漏失尤其是表层漏失情况日益突出,处理漏失花费大量的时间和成本,降低了钻井效率,影响了致密气整体开发效益。对临兴区块浅部地层岩性进行了研究,并对漏失原因进行了分析,结合漏失机理,形成了适合临兴致密气区块的低成本高效表层堵漏技术。现场应用结果表明,该方法可以有效解决表层漏失问题,提高钻井时效,为后续井作业提供借鉴。With the steady progress of the large-scale development of linxingzhi tight gas block,the number of drilling wells is growing year by year,and the leakage in the drilling process,especially the surface leakage,is becoming increasingly prominent.It takes a lot of time and cost to deal with the leakage,which reduces the drilling efficiency and affects the overall development benefit of tight gas.Combined with the leakage mechanism,this paper studies the lithology of the shallow strata in Linxing block,analyzes the causes of the leakage,and develops a low-cost and highly efficient surface plugging technology suitable for linxingzhi tight gas block.The field application shows that it can effectively solve the surface leakage problem,improve the drilling efficiency,and provide reference for subsequent well operations.
