摘 要:针对脉冲高压式振弦式频率读数仪校准过程中产生的激励信号可能导致低频信号发生器(或函数信号发生器)工作异常,甚至损坏的现状,提出一种基于瞬态抑制的校准连接器的设计方案。该校准连接器主要由双向瞬态抑制电路和衰减电路组成,利用Multism软件进行电路设计与仿真,从激励信号衰减效果和标准信号频率准确度两个方面对研制的校准连接器开展试验验证,进而确认其有效性、稳定性及适用范围。该校准连接器不仅可有效降低激励信号幅值,保障信号发生器的正常工作,同时确保振弦仪端接收标准信号的频率准确度无明显降低,为脉冲高压式振弦仪校准工作的顺利开展提供有力保障。Aiming at the current situation that the excitation signal generated during the calibration process of the vibrating wire frequency readouts of high-voltage pulse may cause the low-frequency signal generator(or the function signal generator)to work abnormally or even be damaged,a design scheme of calibration connector based on transient suppression is proposed.The calibration connector is mainly composed of bidirectional transient suppression circuits and attenuation circuits.The circuit is designed and simulated by Multism software.The calibration connector is tested and verified from the two aspects of the excitation signal attenuation effect and the standard signal frequency accuracy,so as to confirm the effectiveness,stability and scope of application of the calibration connector.The successful development of the calibration connector can not only effectively reduce the amplitude of the excitation signal and ensure the normal operation of the signal generator;it can also ensure that the frequency accuracy of the standard signal received by the vibrator terminal is not significantly reduced,which provides a strong guarantee for the smooth implementation of the calibration of tvibrating wire frequency readouts of high-voltage pulse.
