摘  要:为了比较舍饲和放牧两种模式对阿尔巴斯绒山羊血清生化指标的影响并分析其与绒毛品质的相关性,试验选取体重相近、健康状态良好的2岁龄左右阿尔巴斯绒山羊60只,公母各半,分为舍饲组和放牧组,每组30只。试验期1年,舍饲组定期定量饲喂草料,放牧组按照常规固定方法放牧。每月月末颈静脉采血,分离血清,采用生化分析仪测定三酰甘油(TG)、葡萄糖(GLU)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、尿素(UREA)等生化指标,并分析各生化指标与绒毛品质的相关性。结果表明:舍饲组血清TG含量在8,9,11,12,1月份显著高于放牧组(P<0.05),3,5月份极显著高于放牧组(P<0.01),其他月份两组差异不显著(P>0.05)。血清GLU含量在3,5月份两组差异显著(P<0.05),其他月份均差异不显著(P>0.05)。舍饲组TP含量3月份极显著低于放牧组(P<0.01),9,10,1,2月份两组差异显著(P<0.05),其他月份差异不显著(P>0.05)。血清ALB含量与TP含量变化趋势相似,2,3月份舍饲组血清ALB含量极显著低于放牧组(P<0.01),其他月份差异不显著(P>0.05)。血清UREA含量4月份两组差异不显著(P>0.05),其他月份舍饲组显著或极显著低于放牧组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。产绒量与血清TG含量呈显著负相关(P<0.05),与血清TP含量呈显著正相关(P<0.05),与血清ALB含量呈极显著正相关(P<0.01);绒毛细度和血清TG含量呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。说明舍饲和放牧两种模式可对阿尔巴斯绒山羊血清TG、GLU、TP、ALB、UREA等生化指标产生显著或极显著影响,多数影响是由于饲草中蛋白质、脂质、糖类含量水平以及季节性变化导致的,且绒毛品质与血清生化指标含量之间有显著或极显著的相关性。In order to compare the effects of two different modes of yard-feeding and grazing on serum biochemical indexes of Arbas cashmere goats and to analyze its correlation with villus quality, sixty two-year-old Arbas cashmere goats with similar weight and good health status were selected, half male and half female, and divided into yard-feeding group and grazing group with 30 goats in each group. The experiment period was 1 year. The yard-feeding group was fed regularly and quantitatively with forage. The grazing group was grazed according to the conventional fixed method. Blood samples were collected from jugular vein at the end of each month, and serum was separated. Biochemical analyzer was used to detect serum triacylglycerol(TG), glucose(GLU), total protein(TP), albumin(ALB), urea(UREA) and other biochemical indicators, and the correlation between each biochemical index and villus quality was analyzed. The results showed that the serum TG content of the yard-feeding group was significantly higher than that of the grazing group in August, September, November, December and January(P<0.05), and it was extremely significantly higher than that of the grazing group in March and May(P<0.01). The difference in other months was not significant(P>0.05). There was a significant difference in serum GLU content between March and May(P<0.05), and there was no significant difference in other months(P>0.05). The TP content of the yard-feeding group in March was extremely significantly lower than that of the grazing group(P<0.01). The difference between the two groups in September, October, January and February was significant(P<0.05), and the difference in other months was not significant(P>0.05). The change trend of serum ALB content was similar to that of TP content. In February and March, the serum ALB content of the yard-feeding group was extremely significantly lower than that of the grazing group(P<0.01), but there was no significant difference in other months(P>0.05).
