摘 要:为了研究不同光照强度对"WOD168"父母代肉种公鸡外观特征、生长发育与繁殖性能的影响,试验选取360只20周龄"WOD168"父母代肉种公鸡,随机分为试验组与对照组,每组设3个重复,每个重复60只。自20周龄开始,试验组设置光照强度为50 lx,对照组设置光照强度为20 lx,试验周期为20~50周龄,称量两组种公鸡的体重并测定采精量、精子活力、精子密度和受精率。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验组种公鸡周体重变化不显著(P>0.05),但可显著提高种公鸡的采精量、精子活力、精子密度(P<0.05),受精率略有提高(P>0.05)。说明光照强度设置为50 lx时,可有效提高"WOD168"父母代肉种公鸡的生产性能,有助于提高肉种鸡养殖的经济效益。This study aimed to investigate the effects of different light intensity on appearance characteristics, growth and reproductive performance for "WOD168" parental broiler roosters. A total of 360 20-week-old "WOD168" parental broiler roosters were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 3 replicates in per group, with 60 roosters in per replicate. From the age of 20 weeks, the light intensity of the experimental group and the control group were 50 lx and 20 lx, respectively. This test period was 20 to 50 weeks of age. The weight of two groups of cocks was weighed and the volume of semen collection, sperm motility, sperm density and fertilization rate were measured.The results showed that the weekly weight and the fertilization rate of breeding cocks in the experimental group did not change significantly(P>0.05) compared with the control group, but the sperm collection, sperm motility and sperm density of breeding roosters in the experimental group were significantly increased(P<0.05), and the fertilization rate was slightly improved(P>0.05). The results indicated that the light intensity set at 50 lx could effectively improve the production performance of "WOD168" parental broiler roosters, which was helpful to improve the economic benefits of broiler breeders.
